AzN offers comprehensive multidisciplnary services (evaluation/therapy) of individuals who have experienced a brain injury or neurological medical condition. Neuropsychology—neuroanatomy, memory; Social Work—community resources, stress management; Speech—social pragmatics, use of a datebook/smartphone; Occupational Therapy—financial management/budgeting, use of a datebook/smartphone in home management; Physical Therapy—basic exercies; pain management; Vocational Services—job application skills, disability disclosure. Age 18 and above.
